Storage - Winterization
Link Rec offers inside storage, outside storage, shrink wrap with outside storage, Fall winterization, oil change, tune-up, Fall pickup and/or Spring delivery of your boat.
Fall winterization services on outboards include stabilizing the fuel, change gear lube (if needed), fog carburetors (if applicable) to eliminate water and freeze damage. On four stroke outboards and I/O’s, Mercury/Mercruiser recommends changing oil and filter annually. This will maintain your engine warranty requirement. Fall winterization for inboard/outboards includes draining of engine block and flushing with antifreeze, check and change gear lube (if needed), stabilize the fuel and fog engine (if applicable).
